Description
A good cowboy astride a well-trained horse creates an excellent team. Working together day after day, they learn to anticipate one another's moves and signals, building a dependable and rewarding companionship. Many hours of their lives are spent as a working pair, in an often isolated and harsh environment. The trust and faithful service so freely given by the horse truly makes him "The Cowboys' Friend".
Kent has raised and sold over 1,000 head of horses in his lifetime. He has teamed up many a well-trained horse and cowboy. He sculpted this piece to represent a typical Quarter, Paint or Appaloosa bust. His Living Bronze Series enables him to patina and paint each bronze piece as a memorial to an individual horse. If you desire to permanently memorialize your favorite horse, what better way than a lasting bronze sculpture? Kent would be delighted to show you how he can create an incredibly life-like representation of that very special equine friend.
